"Looked nice online, but something felt off"
I’ll be honest, this looked way better in the pictures than it did when it showed up. The fabric felt super thin and cheap, and the stitching was messy in a few spots. It made me wonder if the photos were edited or if I got a totally different version than what was advertised. Either way, I don’t think it was worth the money, and I probably wouldn’t buy from here again.

i mean, the pieces are really cute, but my usual size ended up fitting tighter than I expected.

"My order showed up fine and everything..."
My order showed up fine and everything was in good shape, but the shipping took longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I kept checking it and wondering if anyone else had the same issue. Not a huge deal, but it did leave me waiting around a bit.

I was disappointed, honestly. The stuff looked a lot nicer online, but when it showed up it just felt cheap, like really cheap for what I paid. I expected better quality, especially at that price. Shipping wasn’t even fast either, so that just made the whole thing more frustrating. I don’t think I’d order again. It just feels overpriced for what you actually get.

"Really cute styles"
Theyve got a really nice mix of clothes, and I found stuff that fit my style quick. It was easy to browse and I ended up liking more than I expected.

"okay service, but replies were slow"
i ordered from shopzealboutique.com and the item itself was totally fine, so no real complaints there. the only thing that bugged me was how long it took customer service to get back to me.
they did reply eventually and were nice about it, so i wouldn’t say it was a bad experience. i just wish the responses had been quicker, especially when i was waiting on order details. overall, it was kind of an average experience for me.
